Anna is a former teacher, business leader, and basketball player who now brings her heart and hustle to her psychotherapy practice. As a type 1 diabetic of 31 years, she finds joy and purpose in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in living fulfilling lives with T1D. Anna also supports athletes navigating performance anxiety and related pressures, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relational challenges, and life transitions.
At the core of Anna’s work as a Registered Psychotherapist is a genuine interest in human experiences, along with a strong belief in individual resilience and the power of community. Together, we can make things better.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She is a Certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Facilitator, and her love of learning fuels her commitment to continued professional and personal growth.
